Ice Cream in Earth Tones

Yesterday was Earth Day, and so I was inspired to find something earthy to share with you this week. Here it is! A dish of ice cream in the mellow, earthy tones of Salted Caramel, Ritual’s Coffee Toffee, and Chocolate Coconut from the Bi-Rite Creamery in San Francisco, California.
