Apple pie a la mode

Autumn is apple season around here, and one of my favorite ways to eat apples is in pie! Feast your eyes on this tasty treat. Happy autumn!

did ya catch Alton Brown’s show (Good Eats) about apple pie? some great tips. and his enthusiasm to gobble it up when it was done made me sooo want a slice! 8O
