Peanut butter cookies take me home again
Just looking at these peanut butter cookies make me want to fire up the oven and make my own. I love the criss-cross fork marks on the tops. That design takes me right back to my childhood! I can almost smell those fresh, warm, sweet, salty, nutty cookies cooling on the counter back home. Yum!

They do look yummy. I used to have a great sugar free recipe for them….I must have a go at making them for the children, I bet they woudl be great with some sugar free jam on them!

Just looking at the photo of peanut butter cookies made me remember my childhood too. My grandmother used to make peanut butter cookies for me. When I was in 5th grade, I remember going home too early just to eat my grandmother’s freshly baked cookies…I can even smell the nutty aroma of it in our doorstep. Yummy!
