Perfect for cherry blossom season: Sakura Jelly

by sugargeek on April 9, 2008

Springtime is cherry blossom season, and I can’t think of a more perfect treat to represent hanami than this pretty Sakura Jelly, or Kin-gyoku. This was made by bananagranola, from Osaka, and it has real cherry blossoms in it. I wish I could have a taste!

So pretty in pink. Love japanese jelly. They seem like the perfect gift to celebrate love. :)

Those really are elegant looking but I don’t think I have ever seen anything like that. Can you buy that at a store?
