Miniature Pink Macaroons
I have never seen anything quite like these adorable, little macaroons! They are very small — the baker, Lital, calls them “microscopical” — about the size of a coin. I think that sounds like the perfect size for a sweet treat. And, of course, the pink and brown combination couldn’t be more chic. The filling is coffee ganache.

Thank you, Lital, for letting us in to your kitchen!

I was thinking of hamburgers too Daisy! Like they might have come with some Barbie grill set when we were younger, hehe.

I discovered macaroons in Paris last year and I fell in love instantly. Luckily, there’s a place back in the states near me that not only makes them, but uses them for ice cream sandwiches. Ugh, they’re wonderful.

I tried making macaroons at Christmas time -
they didn’t look at all like these sweet little things.
I’m really not sure what happened…
Thanks for sharing these.

As Stan mentioned, I also fell in love with macaroons in Paris — I’ve tried numerous places here on the West Coast and have yet to find the equivalent.
Thank you so much for the photos!
